• Vehicle Photographs & Visual Records: Personal and commercial vehicle photographs (exterior, interior, odometer, chassis/engine markings, and condition photos) captured or uploaded during inspection.
• Vehicle Identity & Ownership Certificates: Vehicle registration certificates (CR / Registration Book), revenue licenses, insurance certificates, and related vehicle identity documents required for vehicle leases.
• Lessee / Applicant Personal Information: Full name, contact details (phone number, email, residential address), National Identity Card (NIC) details/images, and address verification documents such as utility bills.
• Financial & Supporting Documentation: Expense records, bank statements, income verification documents, and related lease/loan application records required by the lease or loan provider.
• Location Information: Precise or approximate GPS location coordinates captured at the time of vehicle inspection and document/photo capture to verify inspection location and authenticity.

2Mobile Device Permissions

The Digi Valuer mobile application requests only the minimum device permissions necessary to perform field valuation and documentation workflows:

• Camera & Photo Library Access: Used strictly when capturing or uploading vehicle photographs, vehicle identity certificates, NICs, utility bills, and financial documents.
• Location Services (GPS): Used during active field inspections to record the geographic location where vehicle inspections and photographs are completed.
• Network & Internet Access: Used to securely transmit and synchronize captured inspection data and documents with the Digi Valuer platform.

3Purpose of Collection & Use of Information

Digi Valuer collects and stores all above-mentioned information strictly for the purpose of:

• Facilitating the lease or loan provider's documentation, underwriting, and compliance requirements.
• Conducting accurate vehicle inspections, condition assessments, and vehicle valuations.
• Verifying lessee/applicant identity, vehicle identity, and the authenticity of field inspection records.
• Maintaining secure audit trails, platform security, and operational support for authorized users.

4Data Storage & Security

Digi Valuer stores all collected private and public information on highly secure digital storage systems protected by industry-standard security controls:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between the mobile application, web platform, and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
• Access Control: Stored documents, photographs, and personal records are protected within restricted, access-controlled digital stores accessible only to authenticated and authorized personnel.
• Infrastructure Safeguards: Continuous monitoring, firewall protection, and strict authentication governance are enforced to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or loss of data.

5Data Sharing & Non-Disclosure Policy

Digi Valuer enforces a strict non-disclosure policy regarding all personal, financial, and vehicle information collected on the platform:

• No Third-Party Disclosure: Digi Valuer shall not sell, rent, trade, or disclose any personal or private information to any unauthorized third party, advertiser, or data broker.
• Authorized Lease/Loan Facilitation Only: Collected documentation and valuation reports are made available solely to the designated lease or loan provider (financial institution) for whom the vehicle valuation and documentation process is being facilitated.
• No Third-Party Advertising or Tracking: Our mobile application and web platform do not integrate third-party advertising networks or cross-app tracking technologies.

6Data Retention, User Rights & Deletion

We retain collected information only for as long as required to fulfill the lease/loan documentation and valuation purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable regulatory and legal record-keeping obligations.

• Access & Correction: Users and applicants may request to review or update inaccurate personal information submitted through the platform.
• Data & Account Deletion: Users may request the deletion of their account or personal data by contacting our support team at support@digivaluer.com or info@diproit.com, or through their respective lease/loan provider. Verified deletion requests are processed promptly, subject to any mandatory legal retention requirements.
